Evidently it is now a crime to sing the national anthem in Toronto. Does this also apply to the singing of the national anthem prior to Maple Leafs Games or in the House of Commons prior to Question Period?

VIGILANCE
Power in the Darkness for your listening pleasure whilst reading.
I've been rethinking the events in Toronto last weekend. Initially, I was disappointed by the lack of cohesion the various groups of activists brought to the table. So many different Rights groups - each with a different agenda. Of course the media focused on the few violent acts and didn't print a word to champion the commitment of the activists behind the individual Rights groups who marched.
But out of the mayhem which ensued, there is a little light at the end of the tunnel. Fortunately, that light is shining on many aspects of rights which were circumvented and abused by both politicians and the police.
So to everyone that peacefully participated and suffered abuse at the hands of those meant to "serve and protect us" - while I'm sorry for your bruises and lacerations, it wasn't in vain - wear them like badges of honour. The not so hidden agenda of the Provincial leaders, Federal leaders, Toronto Police Chief and his keystone cops are exposed and there will be a call for accountability of their actions.
Perhaps at the most elementary level, what must be remembered is that our rights were not handed over on a silver platter. Most of us were born into a world where they already existed. Some of us fought long and hard during the civil rights movements of the 60s and 70s.
And the fight to maintain the dignity and functionality of those rights has been a quiet battle. Most people want to read about winning and establishing rights, not maintaining rights.
Vigilance is necessary to remind the PTB, we will not surrender to them without a fight and we intend to keep these rights intact functioning socially, legally and intellectually.
As we witness these rights being subtly (and sometimes blatantly) challenged and eroded, we must appreciate the individuals willing to peacefully stand up and voice what many of us also think. Once we accept rights which have been bastardized, amended or which become conditional; or actions by those in power (or representing those in power -such as the police) we are accepting, and virtually handing over, the original charter of those rights. We will have then effectively surrendered. Pick a number, because that's all you will ever more be.
From Ron
Unlike windows, broken Rights not easily repaired
"A very serious event occurred this weekend, No not the breaking of some insured windows at Starbucks nor the torching of a few Buick Police Cruisers. No the event which all Canadians should be seriously concerned about was the ease in which the Ontario Government secretly passed a law which removed rights of free assembly, peaceful protest and the right to be in a public place without being subject to random search and random arrest without cause.
The very rights which people around the world, including Canadians, struggled long and hard to enshrine in our living experience. The very rights which Government websites tout and which young people are educated about in school. And you never know how important these basic rights are until they are snatched away as they were under the cloak of secrecy these recent weeks by a small group within the Ontario Government.
History has shown that things don't happen overnight. Changes are often done in an incremental fashion. Democracy, like social benefits, can be chipped away piece by piece until finally the sum of the incremental changes DOES result in a totally different form of governance. People lulled into complacency by the smallness of the incremental changes themselves become part of the canvas onto which large change is ultimately painted, to their own great detriment. When they finally recognize the sum total of the changes, it often is too late to act.
The shocking thing about this weekend's display in Toronto of of the erosion of well enshrined democratic rights is how comfortable MPPs and MPs (the so called representatives of the people) are in defending the erosion of the people's very own rights and how complicit the media is in either toeing the protagonists' line or shifting the people's attention to comfy stories like the Queen's visit to Canada.
On second thought, perhaps such actions by the political, corporate and media elite are not all that shocking when one steps back to think about how this thing we call Canada is really run. And for whom."

No arrests made under G20 rule change, Ontario says “There was not one arrest pursuant to the PWPA (Public Works Protection Act) – all arrests occurred under the Criminal Code of Canada.”

This is duplicitous language of lowest order. This video of Charlie Veitch shows that when he was approached by the police the Public Works act was invoked to demand his ID. When he refused, he was arrested, and then he was charged under the criminal code for failure to comply, as you will see in this video.

BENIGN G20 - BENIGN ACTIVISM
My sense is that the whole G20 circus was:
- a planned martial law exercise,
- an excuse to purchase bigger and better toys for bigger future martial law exercises,
- to discredit activists or anyone with a desire to express concern for their civil rights,
- frighten potential activists,
- to introduce a pseudo anarchist group (probably government organised) for future use and reference to further discredit real activists and lead to the support to out-law protests and activism period,
- a bit of a photo op for the Hapercrite and his acolytes, but not really,
- an opportunity to sell "security" from home grown terrorism to Canucks,
- an opportunity to invoke a riot and justify the insane security budget,
- an excuse for the Harpercrite to buy himself a nice new weave,
- an opportunity to implement the Public Works Act and make it a common place legal concept for eventual permanence (for our safety of course)
“What we’re saying is if during this seven-day period, you want to go visit the secure zone, that’s going to be like going to visit the airport, city hall, courthouse or the Ontario Legislature,” he said. “These are all special public spaces where security is a heightened concern and police are going to be entitled to ask for ID and to search your bag as a condition for being there. You’ve got a choice. You can comply. You can refuse. If you refuse, then you will have to leave.”
How long until more secret law is passed. Going to keep an eye on http://www.e-laws.gov.on.ca for reference, as mentioned in the article. Maybe the PTB won't publish there in order to keep us all VERY safe! Yup, you never know - an activist just might sneak on the Internet and monitor that darn government site.
I still cannot fathom why the downtown core of the fifth largest city in all of North America was specifically "targeted" (picked or selected just don't seem to cut it any more) as a show case model for Canada. Remember that was part of Harper's argument for the big budget his circus required. And he extolled it would be money well spent for the promotional value hog town would later enjoy and cash in on.
Toronto has always attracted international crowds for Caribana, Pride Week, The Indy, Film Festival, and a lot of other events - so we aint buying the Harpercrite's excuse. And did all those merchants and restaurants with in spitting distance of the secured area boom? - hell no, it was quite the opposite as entire neighbourhoods bailed, and many Stores chose to close up and board up.
So target it was. Toronto the good has become Toronto the target.
The whole thing was a hoax.
And then there were the activists. A mass of single campaign groups which added up to nil and no voice. The media mentioned the names of various activist groups but nothing in depth or exclusive about their specific causes. So representation was benign. The focus was on the "anarchists"- aka vandals.
John from Manitoba sends this article...
G20 police let rioters run amok and then struck back hard at all activists
"It seems to me that the stores who were damaged, or their insurance companies, have good grounds, for suing the police for derelict of duty in this case. It would appear that the security forces allowed this riot to happen in order to justify the $1 billion which appeared to have been wasted on security measures in Huntsville and Toronto."
Corinne sends these comments and article - G20 police raid activists' homes
Fascism has definitely arrived in Canada. Dissent will be quelled at all cost. The Charter has been rendered meaningless.
Canada the Police State:
The G20 should never have been held in Toronto or any other large city with the possible exception of NYC. Stephen Harper spent 1 or 2 Billion dollars on security. Many businesses were forced to close, thus the cost is much greater to the economy & for what? A bunch of pictures of Stephen Harper with world leaders. The entire annual budget of the UN is 1.9 billion dollars and they have 192 world leaders meeting each and every year. Why do we need a G20, a 3 day meeting in Canada?

The Sound of Discontent
G20 protesters win small victory vs sound cannon
The Ontario judge said that under current Toronto police guidelines, the so-called Long Range Acoustic Device - a super-high-volume loudspeaker - could cause hearing damage if used at certain levels and distances. Toronto police said they would comply with an order to amend guidelines governing use of the sound cannon, specifically with regards to distance and volume limitations.
Strange - the picture painted by the Canadian press is that there was no victory, not even a tidbit!
Despite earning some concessions on the Sound Cannon issue, I'm still quite dismayed about the Superior Court judge's decision Toronto police can use sound cannons, but at lower range. He obviously never attended a physics class or probably read any of the scientific data presented.
Justice D.M. Brown ruled Toronto police can only use the noise blasters at their lower decibel range.
“Common sense dictates that police forces have to be prepared to cope with possibility of demonstrations turning unlawful,” Brown ruled on Thursday. “The police must attempt to protect those peaceful protesters who want no part of any unlawfulness, and they must be able to control any unlawful rump that remains.”
So what if one unruly protester is surrounded by 100 peaceful protesters?
And, "range" being the key word here...well, in context to amplitude, intensity, power and attenuation, read on for my nerdy opinion.
(from article of unknown author)
The use of disconcerting noise to unsettle the enemy is hardwired into most higher animals, from the warnings and battle roars of confrontational beasts to the trumpets, drums, bugles, bagpipes, devilish war cries, taunts and piercing shrieks used by humans in their conflicts.
An example that springs to mind is that of Lieutenant Colonel Kilgore in Apocalypse Now!, blasting Wagner from his Cavalry helicopters. And, moving from film to recent history, consider how General Noriega was bombarded with endless cycles of high-volume pop music when he sought refuge in the Vatican Embassy in Panama, as were the Branch Davidians during the fateful siege at their compound in Waco.1
Similarly, during the Gulf War, in the prelude to the final massacre of the fleeing Iraqi forces on the road to Basra, American soldiers were reported to have blasted grunge and death rock from speakers mounted on their vehicles.
Yet in these cases, for all the psychological terror the noise was intended to create, it was a crude application of volume and culturally jarring music rather than the directed application of a sound frequency as a weapon.
To understand why the use of sound cannons bothers me so much, lets discuss "sound" a little...While I do have some background on this topic, I also pinched a few excerpts from:
http://www.indiana.edu/~emusic/acoustics/amplitude.htm
Amplitude: Amplitude is the objective measurement of the degree of change (positive or negative) in atmospheric pressure (the compression and rarefaction of air molecules) caused by sound waves. In electronic circuits, amplitude may be increased by expanding the degree of change in an oscillating electrical current. (think of oscillating sine waves)
Amplitude is measured in the amount of force applied over an area. The most common unit of measurement of force applied to an area for acoustic study is the Newtons per square meter (N/m2). To measure the average amplitude of a wave over time, the root-mean-squared or rms method is used - something you may have seen a zillion times when purchasing audio equipment and applied to the power output of an amplifier.
Power and Intensity: If we picture a sound wave as an expanding sphere of energy, power is the total amount of kinetic energy contained on the sphere’s surface.
Relationships between amplitude, intensity and power: intensity equals the square of the amplitude, so if the amplitude of a sound is doubled, its intensity is quadrupled. (remember this)
Power is also proportional to amplitude squared, therefore power and intensity are proportional to each other.
(OK indulge me a wee bit longer - we're hitting the back stretch!)
While power is measured in watts, the most-used acoustic measurement for intensity is the decibel (dB). A decibel is a logarithmic measurement that reflects the tremendous range of sound intensity our ears can perceive and closely correlates to the physiology of our ears and our perception of loudness.
There are many different forms of decibel measurement and it is not always clear which method of computation is being used unless it is labeled properly. (my key point)
dBm is the form most commonly used to evaluate power in audio circuits. (which is what the sound cannon is really - a huge audio circuit)
Since intensity (I) at a fixed distance of measurement is directly proportional to power, a similar measurement can be made:
![]()
While the original dB scale was created for comparison of intensity or power, it is also commonly used as a measurement of amplitude (A) or sound pressure as defined above. The formula for computing relative amplitude or sound pressure is:
![]()
Dynamic envelope refers to the amplitude change over time of a sound event (usually a short one, such as an instrumental or synthesized note). As a very simple example (because there is usually much more going on in acoustic sounds), a note can have an initial attack characterized by the amount of time it takes to change from no sound to a maximum level, a decay phase, whereby the amplitude decreases to a steady-state sustain level, followed by a decay phase, characterized by the time it take the amplitude to change from the sustain level to 0.
OK...lastly Attenuation: as defined by Wiki
In physics, attenuation (in some contexts also called extinction) is the gradual loss in intensity of any kind of flux through a medium.
(think of sound baffling or absorption - as in bodies)
And more from the unknown author...
The frequencies associated with ultrasound are most familiar from their utilisation by the medical profession, chiefly for diagnostic imaging. While the ears are designed to detect a limited range of frequencies - the human auditory range is between 20Hz and 20,000Hz (1Hz = 1 cycle per second) - different frequencies can affect the whole body and, at volume, (power/intensity) can be felt in almost any part of the body.
Even with industrial ear protectors, sound waves are able to enter the head via the nose and mouth which are, in turn, linked to the ears by the structure of the skull. Sounds that are higher in frequency than 20,000Hz - ultrasound - are inaudible to humans, while sounds lower than 20Hz - infrasound - are inaudible but can, on occasion, be felt resonating within the body itself.
Exposure of unprotected ears to infrasound can also cause an increase in pressure within the middle ear, disturbing the sense of balance.
According to the Working Paper on Infrasound Weapons produced by Hungary for the United Nations in 1978 4, the frequency that is thought to be most dangerous to humans is between 7 and 8Hz. This is the resonant frequency of flesh and, theoretically, it can rupture internal organs if loud enough. Seven hertz is also the average frequency of the brain's alpha rhythms; thus this frequency has been described as dangerous but also relaxing. (Stupefying?)
Whether exposure to such infrasound can trigger epileptic seizures, as some fear, remains unclear; experimental data on exposure to such frequencies gives a variety of results. It should be noted, however, that the strobe light effect associated with triggering epileptic seizures flashes at an equivalent rhythm.
So there you have it. The judge specified a "range on the outside of 3 dB" - a doubling of output power and if you are in the closest area to the sound source, hit with the initial "attack phase" of the noise emission and absorb the sound at that level and intensity- you have a problem on your hands, beyond hearing damage.
As described earlier, low frequency wave forms are long and permeate just about anything. Think of those jerks driving around at 3 am with their boom boxes belching out crap and rattling your bedroom windows.
High frequencies are much more direct and than lower frequencies. Ever attend an arena concert with the really bad reverberation?
How exactly do they intend to monitor this. If there is a backdrop of large building the high frequencies will be bouncing back unmercifully?
The sound cannons, known formally as long-range acoustical devices, are capable of emitting sounds that can be heard up to 1.5 kilometres away. Lawyers for Toronto police argued the sound cannons are needed to communicate with a crowd so noisy it may drown out the sound of a traditional megaphone. They compared the maximum decibel level to that of an ambulance siren or leaf blower.
Of course they don't specify at what proximity, intensity etc. The average ambulance siren measures at 120 dB. See list to compare with other noise source levels.

latest news --- Who is Allan Rock and why was Denis Rancourt fired? --- revelations from chronology...
“When Liberal Party heavyweight Allan Rock took over as president at the University of Ottawa this September [2008], many wondered what would be in store for Denis Rancourt.”

It is difficult to know how decisions are made because hierarchical institutions do everything they can to hide their true inner workings.
Nonetheless the chronology of events and the leakages of some documents allow one to advance plausible versions.

To the Editor of the Toronto Star:
Olivia Ward: How will democracy fare in the G20 world order?
Contrary to Olivia Ward's naive assertion, there are Canadians who are able to name the G20 (Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, European Union), while the Star can't or didn't bother to, and it seems to me that the problem is not the lack of so-called democratic experience of any of the entities involved, but rather the untidiness of the diversity of opinion among them - which sounds a lot like democracy.
As earlier indicated by the Star (see link below), Harper was clearly assigned the task of being first to cast doubt on the "usefulness" of the G20 compared to the tight-knit little G8 (U.S., Canada, U.K., France, Germany, Italy, Russia and Japan) who are "close allies and personal friends" collectively coveting the position of Boss of the World - which sounds a lot like tyranny.
Harper, of course, was playing bad cop to Obama's ubiquitous good cop who "championed" the G20. Olivia Ward appears to have been given the job of helping to flesh out the charade. And you wonder why people no longer trust the mainstream media!

EARTHQUAKE HOAX?
An anonymous contributor writes..."Damn, I was just about to go shopping and ended up trying to find out if what made my apartment shake, rattle and roll was an earthquake! It's the most intense one I've ever experienced in Canada.
The Huff Post seems to be keeping on top of it, and has the Twitter reports at the bottom of the page."
The Earthquake is a hoax!
Dear anonymous reader, please don't be fooled by the main stream media attempt to explain this phenomena. The Ottawa-Gatineau region is located far from active tectonic plate boundaries, the usual source of earthquakes, but it does have a seismic history.
Within this region, the Earth's crust is being compressed. Once the accumulated stress exceeds the strength of the crust, it is released by slippage along reactivated faults of the Ottawa-Bonnechere graben. Although this area has a moderate risk of a damaging earthquake, a devastating earthquake is unlikely.
In fact the stress which initiates these tremors coincide with every massive addition to the extreme weight of Steven Harper's bad karma each time he unscrupulously lies to the public. The weight and hence, seismic stress, is further compounded by his incessant need to masturbate his ego.
Sometimes shock waves are felt across the country, as followed the prorogation of government. Notice the correlation of country wide seismic events in February as Tory popularity in the polls plummeted as a result. Coincidence? I think not.
It's not necessary to pack up your glass wares or objects d' art just yet. The G8/G20 will deflate his ego, when world leaders and the international press descend upon Toronto and compare his "fake lake" to a cheesy boob job on an old hooker.

JOKE OF THE DAY!
A guy walks into a bar... oh no, not that joke. Who can afford to drink in bars anymore?
This joke...
http://www.nationalpost.com/news/foreign%20powers%20have%20infiltrated%20canadia/index.html
YES! It leads to a "PAGE NOT FOUND!" This is just the giggle before the punch line!
And that's because CSIS head plays down CBC comments (more giggles)
In an exclusive interview with CBC News earlier this week, Fadden said Canada's spy agency suspects that some municipal politicians and cabinet ministers in two provinces are being swayed by their connections to foreign governments.
Nice back peddling! How long before it becomes an Olympic event? (right up there with bowling and figure skating - well at least there are some elementary quantitative properties involved in bowling)
Corinne writes..."Xenophobia anyone?" "CSIS appears to be intimidating politicians of foreign extraction by "watching and besetting" in the manner of the most recently arrested "homegrown terrorist". What a hoot! CSIS doesn't seem to realize that all Canadian politicians are under the influence of foreign countries - the US, Israel and the British monarchy. Is this yet another phase of the campaign against the G20 in favour of the G8, with the added bonus of an assist to stricter immigration laws? Will there eventually be a rule that you have to be born in this country to be a federal, provincial or municipal political official?
See current requirements: http://www.canadajobsandimmigration.com/version4/c30.htm
You know, like Barry Sotero? Video: http://www.xtranormal.com/watch/5924429/"
(site seems to be temporarily down for maintenance)"
OK...here comes the punchline!
Israel Lobby Has Canada Cutting Support to UNRWA
(that's only 1 of 181,000 choices on Google)
Did anything he report elude to that? Or is he back peddling so soon for other reasons?
Just looks like another excuse to impose government spying on citizens. All citizens.
Unfortunately, the original article also included remarks about the Harpercrite's SHOCK of such news! Aint that even FUNNIER!

More BP Subterfuge...cont'd

The lunatics have taken over the asylum.
The GOM spill saga is outrageous from every angle. I believe we already established that yesterday. But lets continue - there is still so much more ground to cover.
From the poor response time, from BP's executive's laissez-faire attitude and explanations, um, excuses, from the Whitehouse lack of kahunas to intervene and temporarily repeal the Jones Act. (gee Congress can sure jump through hoops in a blink to push through a bill which will line their friends, and especially their own pockets - think "bailouts") but the worst environmental disaster in history?
And Obama is giving BP until the end of the summer...HUH? (where I come from we say WTF?)
The President vowed that the administration and BP would clean up "90 percent" of the oil before the end of the summer. But he also spoke of damage to the Gulf region that would linger for years.
"We will make BP pay," Obama vows...
Meanwhile, the doom and gloom crowd are honing in on the big scare!
Oil Disaster Will Be End of Life As We Know It
This is it. It's over. Get ready for the most insane year of your life. 5 years. 10 years. One day you will look back at your life right now and think about how easy it was, how innocent. We are on the cusp of total collapse, right at the precipice.
The information that has emerged over the past few days confirms fears that this is actually an "Armageddon" event. I am being completely serious.
Ya, that's bad, but that isn't even the scary part. Hydrogen Sulfide, Benzene, Methylene Chloride, and other toxic gases are also spewing out along with the oil. In concentrations hundreds and thousands of times greater than what is considered safe for humans. Lethal levels. When the hurricanes come they will absorb this toxic seawater and drop it as rain. Literally toxic rain. Let me guess, toxic rain doesn't scare you. The biggest threat is already actualized with the chemicals entering the atmosphere and being carried around by the wind.
Has anyone told this fellow that the Armageddon market has already been corned by the
2012 date (end of the Mayan calendar) which marks the end of the world!
Or, biblical prophesy fulfilled by Turkey And The Magog Invasion
Darn, I am so confused how its all going to end now! Will I suffocate by wind born noxious gases, be impaled at the long end of Beelzebub's pitch fork or blown to bits by the impact of planet X? What's a girl to wear, anyway?
Yes, there is potential for something much worse to come out of this than ever anticipated. The 911 tragedy focused almost entirely on the "terrorists", which was the main branding exercise of that false flag, and used the loss of life to back the "terrorist" branding, such that very little mention was ever made of the 1,000 tonnes of asbestos released into the NY city air. And the slow death of rescue workers and locals , which ensued.
Reports say that Gulf oil spill cleanup crew members are beginning to get sick from the gases. The gases, emitted from the crude oil are Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). These are toxic chemicals which are documented to be hazardous to health. There are also many parallels being drawn to symptoms and illnesses experienced during the Gulf War and of the clean-up crews from Exxon Valdez...
BP CEO Attributes Oil Spill Cleanup Workers’ Illness To Food Poisoning
Oil refinement, burning, emissions are all known to contain:
Hydrogen Sulfide, Benzene, Methylene Chloride
It could all get interesting if you look at the North American wind patterns. Seems there is great interest by the powers that be, to "capture" all the land, since Katrina, even if by depopulating the southern US shoreline.
And yet there is little or no MSM discussion about the the radioactive aspect of oil drilling:
thanks the Corinne for the following article - she comments:
"See article on radioactive waste below. Note the final line, underlined. Is this why tobacco was blamed for lung cancer???? Has the tobacco company been secretly supporting a charade, being compensated by lucrative oil investments? They certainly have connections among politicians and George W. Bush's daughter married into a tobacco family who were long-time friends.
Radioactive waste hidden in oil and gas production
Note how the New York Times omitted the groom's father's tobacco connection and played up the political connection. Fox did the same thing.
Radioactive waste hidden in oil and gas production
http://www.dw-world.de/dw/article/0,,4981043,00.html
Drilling for oil and gas drags up huge amounts of natural radioactive waste from the earth. The disposal of this waste is barely regulated, and could spell environmental catastrophe, according to a new media report ... Juergen Doeschner, the WDR journalist behind the report, says that as many as 10 barrels of water are dragged up to produce every barrel of oil, and that this water contains various naturally occurring radioactive substances like uranium. The most dangerous of these is radium 226, a substance with intensive radioactive power, particularly if it is ingested. Radium 226 retains a high level of radioactivity for 1,600 years before it disintegrates into radon.
The gas is one of the main causes of lung cancer.
This can only get more interesting. And push through cap and trade.

Lets look at the BP spill disaster from a variety of angles...
First of all there is the immediate ecological disaster and the impact on the creatures that inhabit the gulf and the shorelines.
John comments
It looks like BP is mainly interested in recovering oil, not stopping the the flow of all the leaks, So more and more oil will be flowing into the gulf covering and damaging the complete coastline. This coast line is a winter resting place or a transit point for thousands of migratory birds. If the flow is not stopped soon completely by any means, the gulf coast could be a death trap for our birds going south this coming fall, and I am not talking about the snowbirds.
Canadian migratory birds, fish at risk from oil spill
Louisiana leak will kill several hundred thousand, says wildlife group.
It's a nice covert operation. BP management muses...Lets still try and collect as much oil as possible - in fact lets FOCUS on collecting as much oil as possible, to potentially refine and sell to pay for the legal actions resulting from damages caused by what oil we don't collect. (aka as the oil which contaminates and adds to the environmental disaster)
And since we are trying our darn hardest, everyone will buy into our efforts as noble. (and not what it really is - a new grotesque form of disaster capitalism) Its a WIN-WIN situation!
Now wait a minute, wasn't Obama
going to
kick some BP ASS!
Someone put together an Obama kick ass song!
Probably as kick ass as it gets from the White house.
More to the story than an oil spill!
Following is an interesting 10 minute video featuring a radio interview with Lindsay Williams. I'm never entirely certain about his credibility and sometimes feel he is a fear monger - especially because of his close ties to Alex Jones. He also has an uncanny and constant ability to know someone that knows someone, or has the ear of an anonymous ranking official that spills the beans to him. He is a Pastor. Confessions?
He discusses - due to cavation (super sonic bubbles - which can easily take out a ship and scientifically believed to be the logical reason behind the "Bermuda Triangle" mysteries) there exists a possibility of a crack in the ocean floor and a future final catastrophic rupture.
The BP well was at a depth of 22,500 feet (approx 4-1/2 miles) and penetrates through 50 to 60 layers of different types of geology. The pressure of this bubble is estimated at 1,000,000 psi. Current technology cannot contain pressure 1/1,000 of that magnitude. The resulting rupture would result in a toxic cloud and tsunami large enough to wipe out most of the gulf coast miles inward.
The video is interesting. Take a listen a draw your own conclusions.
Was the BP spill a planned false flag?
The following 4 minute video examines some logic behind that assertion.
"The dispersant being used in more toxic than the oil itself. The guilty party sold their BP shares in the responsible party just before the disaster."
BP chief Tony Hayward sold shares weeks before oil spill Tony Hayward cashed in about a third of his holding in the company one month before a well on the Deepwater Horizon rig burst, causing an environmental disaster. There is no suggestion that he acted improperly or had prior knowledge that the company was to face the biggest setback in its history.
His decision, however, means he avoided losing more than £423,000 when BP’s share price plunged after the oil spill began six weeks ago.
...more to follow tomorrow...

Haiti 5 Months Later
Thanks to John from Manitoba for researching articles to make this post possible!
It's been 5 months of hell living in muddy, impoverished squalor, waiting for food, aid, proper shelter. You can hardly turn a cyber news page and not read of the latest fund raising efforts. It's everywhere. So what the hell is going on? How difficult can the logistics be to supply food at least? Were there no lessons learned from hurricane Katrina? Or is this the future plan for the entire region? video from 2 months after quake
Some background...Haiti help or Haiti hoodwink? The country of Haiti historically has been the target of economic and political ploys led by the United States and other “first world” nations. Ever since Toussaint L’Ouverture and Jean-Jacques Dessalines led the people to victory against the French, eliminated slavery and, in 1804, made Haiti the first republic ruled by people of African ancestry, the dominating world powers have made sure that Haiti suffered.
From 1915 to 1934, the United States occupied Haiti, as it frequently does to countries worldwide, to establish “democracy” and to put down resistances from “terrorists.” However, the U.S. gave Haiti as $40 million loan in 1922 that accounts for creating a shaky financial structure in the country. Haiti also had to pay France for the value of the enslaved Africans freed by the revolution in the staggering amount of over $21 billion in today’s dollars. Because of the hefty debt, much of the country’s wealth went to paying creditors abroad rather than economic investment in Haiti.
For decades, Haiti has been one of the world’s poorest nation. In 2004, the World Bank reported that the GDP per capita was $480 compared with the average income in America of $33,550. The literacy rate was 50 percent, life expectancy was a mere 49 years, 50 percent of the people were living in starvation, 40 percent of the population was under 14, and Haiti had the highest incidence of HIV/AIDS in Latin America and the Caribbean with 4.5 percent of the population – 300,000 people – affected by the epidemic.
Not since the levees exploded in New Orleans and caused the devastation attributed to Hurricane Katrina have the people of the U.S. been so committed to relieving the suffering of Black people.
The response to the tragic situation in Haiti exacerbated by the recent earthquake has resulted in an outpouring of financial support and expressed concern. At every turn and click, there are announcements of Haitian relief fundraisers and advertisements soliciting donations.
Actually, the United States has much to do with the economic and political crises in Haiti that existed well before this latest earthquake. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank forced Haiti to drop import tariffs as a way to repay loans. In 1994, Haitian President Jean-Betrand Aristide made a deal specifically with the U.S. to set import tariffs between zero and 15 percent in exchange for American protection.
As a result, Haitian agriculture, which had been sufficient to sustain the nation, was no longer able to compete with cheap, lower quality imported foods arriving from the U.S. With no tariffs and taxes, Haitian products could not compete with foreign prices, causing further economic turmoil for the country. Finally, in 2000, the United States cut off the $165 million in aid that Haiti received annually, claiming over 70 percent of the money was going to corrupt officials.

It is now more than five months since the January 12th earthquake devastated Haiti. Over 200,000 people have died, and 1.5 million are still living under sheets, tarps and plastic in internal refugee camps.
An Interim Reconstruction Commission headed by former U.S. President Bill Clinton has promised that at least $5.3 billion is in the “pipeline” destined for relief.
(HA! promise being the keyword!)
Even though the rainy season is here and hurricanes are on the way, the UN’s World Food Program announced in April that it was “winding down” its initial emergency food distribution program in Haiti.
So where is all the money from private donations?
First meet for Haiti quake commission, 5 months on
Clinton announced Thursday a new 20-million-dollar fund to help the small and medium-size businesses that he believes will be crucial to the Caribbean nation's long-term recovery. "We have to build the kind of business capital this country so desperately needs, to make your nation truly self-sustaining," Clinton said. "We have to unleash the ideas, energy and creativity of your entrepreneurs."
Demonstrators gathered Thursday outside the conference center where Clinton, Slim and Guis addressed reporters, hanging damning banners before being dispersed by police firing tear gas.
On June 1, at the most luxurious resort in the Dominican Republic, Bill Clinton headed yet another planning session to bring an elite vision of Haiti to fruition.
The “new Haiti” means Coca-Cola with its Haiti Hope drink. It means the Royal Caribbean Tour Lines planning a massive expansion – in coordination with U.S. AID - of the tourist industry in the north of Haiti.
It means an ever-growing and ongoing UN military occupation (at latest count, over 13,000 troops and police).
It means high-powered NGO’s creating even more infrastructure in the NGO capital of the world, and corporations lining up to establish a low-wage assembly sector in Port-au-Prince.
Lots of money raised, celeb visits, public awareness. But where is it?
Earthquake aid timeline
Looks like some Clinton friends have already sent "help" to Haiti. In my opinion the is the first good news to come of Haiti in a very long time! Thanks to Bee Sting for the following article...
Haitian Farmers Commit to Burning Monsanto Hybrid Seeds
"A new earthquake" is what peasant farmer leader Chavannes Jean-Baptiste of the Peasant Movement of Papay (MPP) called the news that Monsanto will be donating 60,000 seed sacks (475 tons) of hybrid corn seeds and vegetable seeds, some of them treated with highly toxic pesticides. The MPP has committed to burning Monsanto's seeds, and has called for a march to protest the corporation's presence in Haiti on June 4, for World Environment Day.

AINT TALKIN' TURKEY
Today's post is courtesy of an individual who would like to remain anonymous!
It does seem to me that Turkey, Iran and Russia (and perhaps even China) have decided to play into the long-planned "restructuring" of the Middle East.
Neo-cons lead charge against Turkey
... some neo-conservatives are even demanding that the US try to expel Ankara from NATO" ... If Turkey finds its best friends to be Iran, Hamas, Syria and Brazil (look for Venezuela in the future) the security of that information (and Western technology in weapons in Turkey's arsenal) is suspect. The United States should seriously consider suspending military cooperation with Turkey as a prelude to removing it from the organisation."
Interesting statement in this article:
... the E.U. leadership has now said to Turkey: “Oh, you mean nobody told you? We’re a Christian club. No Muslims allowed.” The E.U.’s rejection of Turkey, a hugely bad move, has been a key factor prompting Turkey to move closer to Iran and the Arab world.
From a speech by Turkey's PM Erdogan:
"Recently, there has been a defaming campaign against Turkey's axis. Turkey's axis did not change just because it signed the Tehran Agreement. Actually, it was your axis which has changed."
This Canadian article covers quite a bit of interesting ground. It states that the EU, including Britain's David Cameron, have condemned the flotilla attacks, yet we know that the US and Canada have withheld condemnation in favour of inquiry. Good cops, bad cops. Meanwhile, the rift between Turkey and Israel is being played up, as well as Turkey's drift toward alliances with Muslim countries (notably Iran).
Turkey's leader did something almost as provocative as Sharon's noisy tour of the Temple Mount that sparked the second Intifada and paved the way for the virtual genocide of Palestinians - he very publicly invited the Hamas leader to Turkey. Now Turkey has provoked an international incident via the flotilla aid to Gaza.
Yet, the Jewish news reports that Erdogan sees friendship with the US as very important. So there's a game going on that needs to be watched.
On the lighter side, a Jewish travel agent has simplified the problem with Turkey into a result of the disrespect shown to Turkey by Israeli tourists and tour agencies:
Many of our tour operators charge the Israeli tourist for tip fees, but the tips are not passed on to the locals. Many of the Israeli travel agencies bypass Turkish law by avoiding hiring local guides, even where it is necessary to have local guides; Israeli jeep convoys are known for their total disregard of Turkish traffic courtesies; Israeli travelers pick fruit from private orchards without permission; Israelis bargain in aggressive ways even though in rural Turkey, this is not a standard practice.
The fact that the ultimate goal is global governance makes suspect even the bravado of Chavez - so similar in character to Ahmadinejad's - since he is trying to form a union of south american states which would certainly parallel the EU and the NAU.

IDF = INDEMNIFIED DEATH FORCE
Gosh, we were just clowning around!
Amazing how a government which constantly boasts about their superior level of technical advances, out fitting the most moral military in the world, and deem themselves to be the only democracy in the mid-east, also seem to experience the most technical malfunctions, military human errors, lethal mis-judgements and just darn shrug your shoulders mistakes, when one of those pesky activists, Palestinians, Europeans or neighbouring Arabs jumps in front of gun fire, missiles, tanks, or phosphorus test weapons.
The poor IDF obviously draws victims, like moths to a flame, by no effort on their part. Who can blame the IDF for brushing it off or trying to explain their way out of other's indiscriminate actions? They are, after all, indemnified. Just another enquiry and they'll be back on their way, wreaking havoc and trying to fire between the bodies being hurled at them. Oh so moral.
Thanks to Corinne for the following article; She comments "It will go down as just another "mistake" and no senior Israeli official will be culpable."
IDF chief was not in command during onset of Gaza flotilla raid Gabi Ashkenazi, as well as his second in command, did not arrive at the army's command center until after the takeover had taken a violent turn.
Even the Hapercrite supports the mistake methodology - thanks to Bee Sting for the following...
Prime Minister Stephen Harper has long been hawkish on Israel 's security; even rivalling President Bush in his unconditional support, i.e. " Israel , right or wrong." A staunch proponent of Israel's right to use lethal force to defend its perceived interests, even preemptively, Harper justified the wars of aggression Israel waged mostly against civilians and their infrastructure in both Lebanon and Gaza.
Harper's policy on the Middle East: Israel can do no wrong
And from Ron.
Israel has appointed its own inquiry — a move that an editorial in the Israeli newspaper Haaretz dismissed as a “farce.” But Canada will give legitimacy to that “farce” by allowing Ken Watkin, former judge advocate general of the Canadian military, to serve on it.
McQuaig: Partner in flotilla ‘farce’
Turkey merely asks for an apology and compensation, but ....
Another insightful article from Corinne
The Legal Position on the Israeli Attack
Possibility one is that the Israeli commandos were acting on behalf of the government of Israel in killing the activists on the ships. In that case Israel is in a position of war with Turkey, and the act falls under international jurisdiction as a war crime. Possibility two is that, if the killings were not authorised Israeli military action, they were acts of murder under Turkish jurisdiction. If Israel does not consider itself in a position of war with Turkey, then it must hand over the commandos involved for trial in Turkey under Turkish law. In brief, if Israel and Turkey are not at war, then it is Turkish law which is applicable to what happened on the ship. It is for Turkey, not Israel, to carry out any inquiry or investigation into events and to initiate any prosecutions. Israel is obliged to hand over indicted personnel for prosecution.
Well heck, this is a country which practices Apartheid within Apartheid...
Thanks again to Ron for the following. He comments...
First they establish illegal settlements in the West Bank and segregate the Jewish settlers from the Palestinian natives. Then they segregate the Jews within the settlement depending on whether they are European Ashkenazi ("White") or Iberian - North African Sephardi ("Olive to Brown skinned"). This is Apartheid to the power of two.
High Court to West Bank parents: Desegregate school or face jail time
Court tells Ashkenazi parents in Immanuel settlement to return their daughters to school with Sephardi students, or face two-week jail sentence.
And to put things in a different perspective, thanks to John from Manitoba, who asks...
What if Iran had carried out the Gaza carnage?

MEDIA - Nuthin Up My Sleeve
Today's post is courtesy of Corinne!
The following is from several emails sharing her recent observations on Iran/Israel/Turkey media subterfuge and disinfo.
VIDEO: Corbett Report - Al Qaeda king pins killed over and over, plus Bilderberg and predicted US attack on Iran.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vDyjGaKkUjs&feature=player_embedded
Coincidence? Here's a New York Times article talking about leaders of Russia, Turkey and Iran summit in the wake of Bilderberg conference and in advance of UN sanctions meeting.
http://www.nytimes.com/2010/06/09/world/09iran.html
Let's see, Turkey supposedly mad at Israel, Iran supposedly mad at US for trying to impose sanctions, Israel supposedly has nuclear subs on the coast of Iran, and Russia ... who knows where they're at since they participate in the G8, but if you look at the map they would certainly suffer from any conflagration in Iran.
Then again, the attack information came from Alex Jones via deep throat Jim Tucker, and it's not the first time over the years that Jones has predicted a US attack on Iran that never occurred.
ON THE OTHER HAND - check out the last few remarks in this article from a Russian strategy "expert" about an Armenian/Russian accord:
http://www.armenianow.com/commentary/analysis/23580/armenia_russia_karabakh_settlement
... “the union of Armenia and Russia will prevent the destructive activities of Western countries.”
Looks like they really are getting ready for an attack on Iran. It's all over the news that Bin Laden and his sidekicks have been living there for the past five years.
“If the U.S. decides to deliver a strike against Iran, the factors of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh will play a decisive role” ...
Videos deepen mystery over Iran nuclear scientist Amiri
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/
Here's the YouTube video mentioned in the article:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/
Saudi Arabia gives Israel clear skies to attack Iranian nuclear sites Israeli intelligence experts say that Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Jordan are at least as worried as themselves and the West about an Iranian nuclear arsenal.
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/
Meanwhile, Israel still insists it is "a tiny country surrounded by Arab enemies". The prime reason why certain pro-Palestinian "activists" refuse to discuss 9/11 is that they hate the Saudis and therefore choose to believe the official story of 19 crazed hijackers who were mostly Saudi.
AND THE SHOW MUST GO ON...
It's all show biz leading up to the final "restructuring" of the middle east in which the leaders of countries that are "enemies of Israel" will be protected while their citizens will suffer just like the Iraqis and Afghans. Presumably, Jesus Hisself will join in the fight.
Turkey noisily demands an apology from Israel, there are reports that they and Hamas are going to sue Israel,
(and American Jewish groups are lobbying to have the Turkish activists designated as "terrorists") then Turkey issues photos that show Israeli soldiers being attacked on the Mavi Marmara (see links below). Israel supposedly tried to hide the photos out of embarrassment, but of course showing them helps their case, making the "activists" look bad and giving credence to the IDF story that they were shooting in self defence.
http://www.haaretz.com/news/diplomacy-defense/turkish-paper-releases-censored-photos-of-beaten-israeli-commandos-1.294443
Then there are tons of reports like the following, without a word of confirmation from Netanyahu:
Lebanese newspaper reports Ankara may supervise Gaza crossings as part of a deal to repair ties between Israel and Turkey. According to the Ad-Diyar report, a new deal could see Turkey supervising all humanitarian aid entering Gaza, as well as committing to the blocking of weapons and money destined for Hamas. http://www.haaretz.com/news/diplomacy-defense/palestinians-welcome-turkey-involvement-in-gaza-fayyad-says-1.295714
And now the kicker. The country reported to be suitable for supervising the Gaza/Israel border can't be trusted with the Iranian border:
Turkey's alliance with Iran is a threat to world peace ... it will be tempted to help Iran beat the new sanctions regime by smuggling goods across their joint border ... Does Turkey really want to be the country responsible for launching a war between Iran and the West?
http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/concoughlin/100043002/turkeys-alliance-with-iran-is-a-threat-to-world-peace/
The disinfo is flying fast and thick.
There must be something coming that they want us to be very confused about.

The Palestinian president reportedly told Obama that lifting the naval blockade of Gaza would bolster Hamas, a move that shouldn't be done at this stage.

That Slick Obamination
Mississippi River closed to Gulf of Mexico (photo from Nola.com)
Ted writes...here's a comment Tony Hayward, BP CEO made in April.
"Safety remains our number one priority, and I'm pleased to report we can see clear progress. There has been a significant reduction in the frequency of recordable injuries and the number of major incidents related to integrity failures has also fallen."
Five days later, the Deepwater Horizon rig blew up, 11 men died, and soon there was enough oil was spilling into the Gulf to make your life some kind of miserable."
This almost smells premedatative - "Chevron Canada is confident it can safely drill its deepwater well off the northeast coast of Newfoundland - and avoid a massive oil spill like the one in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico."
(Chevron formally known as the Standard Oil of California - ring any bells? are certainly not without their own controversy and prior environmental disasters)
Well, it's a private club anyway. "Halliburton donated $17,000 to candidates running for federal office, giving money to several lawmakers on committees that have launched inquiries into the massive spill." And this is interesting, but not surprising - Obama biggest recipient of BP cash. Did they pay Obama in advance for the can of whoop ass he is threatening them with?
And from BeeSting, Oh Obama, You Silly Neocon! (photo from David Horowitz's News Real blog)
"Sometimes partisanship and heated debates makes us forget how little has changed and how little really divides the two parties when it comes to national security.
The rhetoric was changed and the policies had to be repackaged, modified a little bit to better fit the administration’s own beliefs and political promises, but what’s actually being done has changed very little."

Under the Cone of Silence
Have been wrestling with some computer probs (a nasty Trojan to be exact) and additional personal issues which have taken precedence the past two days. Just like the song says, breaking up is hard to do! Will be back Monday.
In the meantime, peruse this World Government map and where Bilderberg fit into the BIG New World Order picture. It provides many, many snapshots of all the usual suspects and how they are inter-related....and a few surprises. (You'll need to zoom in several times to read the text)
Thanks to Corinne for sending the map and the following commentaries and videos.
(It's a good thing she's relaxing! : ))
She writes "see attached chart of the World Government showing where Bilderberg fits into the scheme of things. In my mind they've always been just the leaders, politicians and media members of states that meet to get their instructions from the real PTB on how to rule their countries in the coming year.
The fact that Bilderberg is situated in the "state-controlled complex" section seems to bear that out. IF the chart is not fictional, of course."
"This next video is supportive of Alex Jones' deep throat Jim Tucker, and Spain's latest "insider" Daniel Estulin. See this video of Estulin at a press conference with a member of the European Parliament."
Corinne further writes "Makes you wonder if this isn't a red herring. "Leaking" conflicting lists of attendees, "revealing" that the Bilderbergers are making all the decisions, may be a way of disguising a small core group that really does call the shots.
My feeling is that it resides within the G7, G8. Harper has already expressed a doubt that the G20 is useful, when the real problem is that it slows down the decision making process because it is too diverse in opinion.
Public outcry about the costs of security for G20 meetings may well carry over into foregoing such meetings. People like Kissinger, who is the main constant at Bilderberg, and Bzezinski, along with the biggest western financiers and corporate heads are the ones pushing an agenda.
Let's face it, the world's royalty and politcians are not the brightest bulbs in the basket. It's a corporation, for instance, that has apparently been directing the financial aspects of the NWO for "half a century" - and it's now using a TV commercial format to educate the masses about its existence."
