(1) Whodunnit
Somebody spray painted some Jewish property in Calgary, not long after the Nov. 9 anniversary of the Night of Broken Glass. A Jewish spokesperson wonders what could possibly have motivated the timing and the message.
Since no actual damage was done beyond sprayed graffiti, and since most of this sort of vandalism is done by teenagers, and since non-Jewish teenagers are not likely to know of the Night of Broken Glass, and since Israel is decidely on the hot seat at the moment what with the Goldstone Report and now the Pals threatening to declare a state (and Israel threatening to retaliate unilaterally - as if it hasn't always acted unilaterally), I would have to conclude that just as B'nai Brith's Frank Dimant has simultaneously tried to distract the public by hyping the Islamic threat, some Calgary Jews might be motivated to impress upon us that Jews are perpetually innocent victims.

(2) "Flu-like" Pandemic
Newfoundland has had another death attributed to H1N1 with underlying medical problems, but the numbers of people being seen at hospital with "flu-like" symptoms is declining.
From a reader: "More good news from Poland! A great news report [video] about the pandemic that asks some very interesting questions. Includes an admission from Baxter that it did indeed send 72Kg of virus contaminated with bird flu."
From the Canadian Press, more indication that the video on how the H1N1 vaccine is mixed with the adjuvant just before injection is dead on - further discrediting the tale that Canada's vaccine shortages were caused by GSK having to switch temporarily from manufacturing adjuvanted vaccine to non-adjuvanted vaccine.
Apparently, they've been mixing up more batches than they had recipients for, and since a batch is only good for 24 hours, they're now having to toss it out.

(3) Depop and Climate Change
The Toronto Star tells us that "Every six seconds a child on this planet dies of hunger." And just to show how deeply the UN cares, its food chief staged a purely symbolic hunger strike - 24 hours without food is no big deal - prior to the umpteenth summit to talk, talk, talk, talk, talk, with emphasis on the talk, about world hunger. But something's different this time. It seems some delegates are suggesting the food crisis has been manufactured, that it is "the most terrible weapon of mass destruction". Have they been reading the blogs or what?
But the "rich nations" are still content to blame food shortages on "climate change" and since heels are dragging at the Copenhagen summit with suggestions that a binding treaty be delayed another year, it seems they wish to continue to do so.

(4) Injustice Systems
The Star reports: Omar Khadr heading for a kangaroo court. The US is trying its darndest to make a show of bringing "terrorists" to justice. Meanwhile, in Canada, there's no justice for aboriginal prisoners and the government is making a show of giving a dam.
